Today is the first activities council meeting. We need to discuss for our fall 2011 proposal. We need to discuss what event planning we need to do. What the student activities councils are providing the culture of activities and the recreation of activities. We need to know about the previous events their balance to make some adjustment for improving this semester.
At the end, I chose to do the Monte Carlos (Sept 30, 2011) and the Zumba dance.
We need to contact the zumba dance instructor to meet with them. I really don't know whether I can do well in those two events. We also need to discuss about our expense and the revenue. As a matter of fact, we need to find out how many gifts and foods for those tow events.
During the activities, I really like our AC are trying our best to improve our value of the UHID cards. Therefore, we can have more activities not just at school, is the whole island.
I really like the zumba dance so much and the Monte Carlos Night. Although I am not very good at gambling, I think this is the most challenge events that I need to plan with Caithlin. I am planning to take more pictures during those Monte Carlos and Zumba.
